Welcome

I feel a little silly starting a blog, and when I’m feeling like what I’m doing is silly, I explain my reasonings. So, here they are:

· I have high hopes that my friends will follow my example and start blogging as well. We have all just moved apart, and while facebook also provides a means to communicate, there is no easy way to see what’s really going on in their lives other than status updates which aren’t that descriptive.
· I have opinions to voice and while I fully accept that few people will actually read this, it is therapeutic to put opinions to paper
· An exercise in writing
· Because I’m bored
· Gives me a means to procrastinate. Now, I can write meaningless blogs when I have more important things to do rather than mindlessly surfing the internet.
· I actually wanted to start a blog a few years ago, but it felt really surperfluous when I was in high school, but now that I’m in college, the aforementioned reasons apply.

The incorporate conclusion: Pish.

Oh, and if you were wondering about the title, its a reference to "Much Ado About Nothing." Benedick says "She speaks poniards, and every word stabs"(Act 2, Scene 1).
